Delete your Collectverse account

You can delete your Collectverse account, and everything in it, at any time — in the app, or by email if you can’t use the app. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.

Accounts without an email address

Guest accounts have no email address, so they can only be deleted from the app. If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, delete the account from the app if you can; if you can’t, write to us and we will work out with you how to confirm it’s your account.

What is deleted

• Your profile: display name, tagline, profile photo and banner.
• Every collection and item, every field you defined and every value you entered.
• Every photo you uploaded.
• Your sign-in record: your email address, your password, and the link to Apple or Google if you used them.

What is kept, and for how long

• Database backups keep a rolling copy of our data for 35 days. Your deleted data leaves them within 35 days and is never restored into the service.
• Photos cached by our content delivery network expire within 24 hours.
• Technical logs, which contain error details and account identifiers, are deleted after 30 days.
• Your emails to us are kept only as long as needed to handle the request.

Nothing else is kept.

If you signed in with Apple or Google, you can also remove Collectverse from the apps connected to your Apple ID or Google Account. You don’t need to — deleting your Collectverse account already removes our link to it.
